Shipment
When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3 - 7 days to process an order and then it will be shipped. Delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:
● Europe: 6 - 8 working days
● USA: 3 - 4 business days
● Australia: 2 - 14 working days
● Japan: 4 - 8 working days
● International: 10 - 20 working days
Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand company that fulfills orders with facilities around the world. Depending on where you are, orders are fulfilled and shipped from the facility that can do so most efficiently.
- Packages sent from our Latvian facilities will be automatically returned to: Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia
- Packages sent from our Spanish office are sent to: Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain
- Parcels sent from our UK office are sent to: Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.
- Packages shipped from our manufacturing facility in the US and Mexico will be returned to our Charlotte facility at 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273, USA .
- Parcels processed by our partner facilities in Australia will be returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (for orders containing clothing); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (for non-clothing items, excluding phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (mobile phone cases).
- Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Japan will be returned to: Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto Prefecture, 863-0101 Japan
- Packages processed from our facility in Canada will be returned to: 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4, Canada

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur an additional customs and tax fee. This fee is beyond our control and is determined by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they will impose customs and taxes on your purchases are charged.
My order should have been here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

How are the products created?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. They have locations all over the world. Depending on where you are, orders will be fulfilled and shipped by the facility that can do so most efficiently.
How can I track my order?

I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please send us an email within one week with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order to [ruggerbuddy@mailbox.org]. We will propose a solution as soon as possible.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered. To avoid overproduction, I ask you to think about the environment and not order unnecessary products.
If there is something wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds will only be offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items.
If any of these apply, contact our customer support at [ruggerbuddy@mailbox.org] with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will take care of it.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered.
To avoid unnecessary production of items, check our size charts to check which size fits. We have one for every item in our store in the product description.
While it's rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled.
If this is the case, please let us know within one week of receiving your order at [ruggerbuddy@mailbox.org] with your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will send you a new one or refund your purchase price!
